Welcome to Central Transport EDI Setup Request page. This page is here to help insure accurate information is communicated between you the customer and Central Transport’s EDI Department.
You will need to have your Customer Number in front of you before continuing on this page. Your Customer Number can be found on the top right of your tariff page, or you can contact your Central Transport Sales representative and they can provide you with it.
Once you have your Customer Number, completely fill out this page and submit it. You will then be redirected to the forms link.
**NOTE: Your setup request will remain in a pending status until all necessary forms have been submitted.
